Let's face it:  hotel room rates in The Bahamas are expensive, and hotels do not allow salesmen to business from their private rooms. So tell us what services you need and we will quote you a rate.
Ø RECEPTIONS! Want light refreshments hors d'oeuvres or finger foods for your guests?  Let us arrange it.

Ø CONVENIENCE! We are a small facility in the heart of town, easily reached by all streets and highways, and easily reached by natives.  Our campus is well respected and the area is safe.  There is a (lighted) parking lot for easy parking.  The reality is that most people just do not want to drive to the areas where hotels are (Cable Beach area, etc.) for meetings.  That is why we are the preferred meeting site!

Ø ELEGANCE!   Ours is a beautiful meeting facility.  Total floor space is 1,000 square feet, divided into two self-contained salons.  Adequate commercial kitchen and other facilities exist.
